I20100125-1800, follow-up to bug 63692

The annotation summary in overview ruler hovers should be sorted. This is an old issue, bug 63692 makes it more prominent. If you fold main(..) below, the summary hover is sorted randomly:

public class Yo {
	public static void main(String[] args) {
		foo1(); foo2(); foo3(); foo4(); foo5(); foo6(); foo7(); 
		bar(); //TODO
	}
}

The annotations should be sorted by source position. If possible, the importance of the annotation should be used as primary sort criterion (error > warning > task).

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
