(In reply to comment #0) > - search text box to filter for the project Would incorporating a part of Open Resource dialog (Ctrl + Shift + R) into the Apply Wizard work for you? I'm talking about the search field in particular + an option to select containers as well (projects, folders). > - an option to hide closed projects, b/c useually you dont want to patch closed > but only active projects It's bug 227775. > - selection of working sets, that stays selected between applying patches. Sounds reasonable. > it would be really nice to deduct the projects from the patch itself The Apply Patch wizard works like that if you're applying a patch generated with 'Patch Root' option set to 'Root' (In reply to comment #1) > Would incorporating a part of Open Resource dialog (Ctrl + Shift + R) into the > Apply Wizard work for you? Patches will be accepted, I'm eager to help if you are willing to provide a fix. Bug 227775 seems to be the best one to start with. > no manpower
dito
but i thought i mention it and at least have a bug around for this in case an intern shows up having nothing todo but making java-like-beverages ;)
This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant. |
