Follow-up from bug 19771 comment 55:

DND does not work as expected in block selection mode. 

Note the original patches (attachment 65347 [details]) to bug 19771 contain working code for DND, but was not included in the patch that got finally committed.

Note that the new isLocationSelected(...) code in ATE's DnD setup caused bug 263739. I've reverted the old code but disabled DnD for block selection mode.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
