Before releasing 3.5, we should ensure that we don't have occurrences of "Java development" with a capital D. See bug 236581 for details.

The only occurrences found are in:
- the buildnotes for 3.5 and 3.4 where this is used:
    "Java Development Tooling Core"
- the plugins.properties file for the plugin name:
  pluginName=Java Development Tools Core

Should the name of the plugin also not have any capitalized character ?
I'll do a rename in the build notes to remove the capitalized 'D' and replace "Tooling" with "Tools".

I opened the corresponding bugs for JDT/UI, Debug and the jdt feature.

Please revert the plug-in name change so late in the release cycle. During 3.5 we tried to get better feature and plug-in names but without luck. We can try again for 3.6 to finally bring this to an end but at this point we should not touch them an leave them as they were for years.
