The file 'permissions.properties' that is used by Update to set executable bit 
on HP-UX shared libraries is not added to the build script. As a result, it is 
missing from the build and Update cannot set the permissions. 

This is a 2.0.1 blocker because Eclipse on HP-UX stops working as soon as it is 
updated to a newer version (*.sl libraries cannot be loaded).

Fixed and verified in test build this morning that permissions.properties file 
is in the plugins/org.eclipse.swt.motif_2.0.1 directory.
