We should change the Inheritance panel to have a group for the Discriminator Column.  This will make it consistent with our support for Basic mapping Column.  Also include the collapsed Details section for supporting length and column definition.  Also move the Discriminator Value widget before the Discriminator Column section.  Discriminator Value is set in all subclasses with Discriminator Column is only set at the top of the hierarchy.

mass change to add 'contributed' keyword based on bugzilla query, please
correct if that's not accurate (by marking patches as obsolete and removing the
'contributed' keyword.
