I tried it and both "Navig" and "view" get highlighted. The search engine is searching stemmed words, so that's what why "Navig" gets highlighted and not "Navigator". I will mark the bug as WNF. Yes, it is design to hightlight roots of the words, whenever stemming is performed during search. *** Bug 20912 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Why do you do free stemming? Especially using the advanced search dialog, I would expect to only find exactly what I ask for. There is a post 2.0 feature (bug 17030) to support *both* stemmed and exact searches, but the search engine (lucene) can only support only one choice and this is what the initial requirement was (support stemmed searches). This is duplicate of 17030 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 17030 *** |
