F3 build (20020612).

- Open the Ant pref page (Window / Preferences / External Tools / Ant).
- It resizes the window wider.
(My eclipse is installed in c:\eclipse20020612\eclipse, so the paths are long).
- Resize the window smaller.
- The Restore Defaults and Apply buttons get clipped.

I'll file a separate PR for the buttons, since it's a more general problem 
(e.g. the Debug page has this problem too).

For the sizing problem, should use a scrollable table and specify a width hint 
along with fill horizontal.
