The Ins+B JAWS dialog reading function requires specia support from Freedom 
Scientific which we will not have for 2.0. This should be documented

The following was added to the readme for 2.1:
<b>JAWS screen reader does not read Eclipse dialog boxes properly<b>
<p>
There is a known problem with the JAWS screen reader (up to version 4.5) 
whereby its "Read Box in Tab Order" command (Ins+B) does not read all controls 
in Eclipse dialogs. (bug 13895)
