Here's the scenario:
1. Sync with a project with at least two changes
2. choose on of the changes and copy a change from right to left
3. click on the other change and notice there is no prompt to save
4. click on the changed file again and see the prompt
5. choose to save and nothing is saved

The root cause of this problem is in Compare.
