[virgo-dev] Virgo Tooling with Eclipse Mars RC3 
Hi,

I updated the tooling snapshot composite repository to pick up the latest nightly builds from mars_testdrive.

A short smoke test with Mars RC3 "Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers" and the snapshot update site: 'http://download.eclipse.org/virgo/snapshot/tooling' was successful.

If no critical problems arise I will merge the changes into master.
 
It would be great if someone else could spare some minutes do a little smoke testing, too.
