[viatra-dev] Eclipse Collections integration

Hi all,

today I have merged change https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/100062/ to master that includes Eclipse Collections as a mandatory dependency for VIATRA (while still requiring Java 7 as a minimum dependency). 

 * The target platforms using VIATRA might need to be extended with this plug-in; the Oomph setups should take care of this.
 * For end-users:
    * the VIATRA p2 repository contains a custom build of Eclipse Collections 7.1.1. The custom build was necessary as there is no official OSGi bundle of Eclipse Collections version 7.
    * For the Photon simultaneous release repository an up-to-date version of Collections will be added. Given that Photon already requires Java 8, this should not cause any issues.

If anybody notices any issues, share or fix it as soon as possible.
