Maven 3.0.4 replaced the standard name for maven central ( repo1.maven.org) with repo.maven.apache.org. Can you browse to either of those sites from your browser? Could it be a proxy/firewall in the way? Maven 3.0.3 used the other name.

I think this is just temporary, but does anyone know what the deal is? Tycho 0.16.0 is working fine on all of my other machines.
