[tycho-dev] User questions?

Sorry if this is not the right forum to ask, but I found that the Tycho forum in Eclipse Community Forums was closed and the closure message directed to the tycho-user mailing list, but the subscription page says that it is not currently possible to subscribe or unsubscribe to that mailing list, so where can users (like myself) ask user questions?
