New and Noteworthy:
- Optimized state system reads for time graph views. This
provides significant performance improvement for time graph
views with a large number of entries (e.g. processes, CPUs).
- Pie charts have been added to the Statistics view (see
[1])
- Initial support for grid lines in time graph views such as the
Control Flow view. More enhancements will be developed to
customize grid lines for application needs (see [1]).
- Support of timestamps in event contexts for CTF parser
Ongoing work:
- Trace Compass 1.1 release activities
- Latency Analysis (see [2], [3])
- Support for custom time graph markers
- Support for cropping of CTF traces (incl. state systems)
- Automatic refresh of local traces
- Integration of dependency/critical path analysis
