[tcf-dev] Move to git

Hey gang,

 

I can’t remember if I discussed this with the TCF community, but I’d like to move TCF to git in July at the same time we move CDT. We’ll use the same process for contributing patches, etc., as CDT as well. TCF should be easier to move since many of us already use git-svn to bring it into git. This will let us shortcut that.
