Good morning/afternoon,

I trust all is well.

My name is Desmond Annandale and I am a PhD student at Stellenbosch University, South Africa.

I am looking at modelling the spread of an outbreak of Foot-and-Mouth Disease (FMD) in the cattle (and potentially other livestock) herd of South Africa. The results of which will be fed into an economic model to determine the economic impacts of the disease. 
I came across a number of articles that refer to the use of the Spatio-Temporal Epidemiological Modeller (STEM) that is provided for by Eclipse.
I was wondering if I could potentially get in contact with somebody that I could discuss this potential project with.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
