Notes from the STEM Call on November 15, 2018 On the Call: Jamie, Stefan, Kun, Ahmad, Judy Next Call: December 6, 2018 1. STEM Version 4.0 Milestone 1: Target release to be rescheduled *Per Ahmad, is working on Eclipse server; will set chron job so it is automatic *At Ahmad’s request, Jamie and Stefan responded to bug, notified webmaster to permit Ahmad to proceed with changes, build push to download page *Branch merged on Jenkins server *Testing on Linux and Windows; Matthias to test this week; others to do *Review, release to be rescheduled as soon as build push is complete: Jamie *Documentation: Ahmad to draft 2. Other Items *Doc on icon on top control bar in veterinary model: low priority; Jamie will do as time allows *Response to newsgroup query 0/31/18 entered 3. Paper for a special feature in Health Security *Submission date is January 30, 2019; word count is 5000, excluding figures and references *Coauthors to submit content by end of November *Judy to prepare first version for input by coauthors in early December *Kun to set up box account for Judy as first author; will use track changes for shared editing *Final version to be ready for coauthors’ institutional review processes by mid-January 4.
