[smarthome-dev] Commit rights for Yordan Mihaylov have been expired

Kai Kreuzer has expired the commit rights for Yordan Mihaylov (ymihaylov). 
The reason for this change is:

As requested by Dancho, I am removing him from the ESH committer group as
Ani now took over his duties.

Many thanks to Dancho for all the efforts he has dedicated to the project
during the past two years!

To honor Yordan's contributions to the project, Kai Kreuzer has nominated
Yordan for Committer Emeritus status.
