FTR, we have issue https://github.com/eclipse/smarthome/issues/2924 for the integration of the marketplace into Eclipse SmartHome.
Some prerequisites have already been implemented, the main marketplace client will follow next.

If you have an existing application/driver that adds into Kura or Smarthome, I would encourage you to add a listing to these markets. 
 
Over time, I hope to see each project provide an integrated UI for using the IoT market. For instance, the upcoming Kura Wires should be able to add a Wire Component from the IoT market. Similarly, Eclipse Smarthome will be able to add rules or bindings listed on the IoT Market.
 
Please take a look and starting adding your add-ons. If you have any questions, please let me know on the list or off-list.
