Kai Kreuzer has expired the commit rights for Marin Mitev (mmitev).  The
reason for this change is:

As discussed on the mailing list
(https://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/smarthome-dev/msg00107.html),
inactive committers are promoted to Committer Emeritus.

To honor Marin's contributions to the project, Kai Kreuzer has nominated
Marin for Committer Emeritus status.
