[smarthome-dev] Commit rights for Dennis Nobel have been expired

iot.smarthome Committers,
Kai Kreuzer has expired the commit rights for Dennis Nobel (denobel).  The
reason for this change is:

Dennis has changed his employer in the beginning of this year and therefore
does not have a valid employer consent form anymore. Unfortunately, we
therefore have to remove his committer status. He is certainly still very
welcome as a contributor!

To honor Dennis's contributions to the project, Kai Kreuzer has nominated
Dennis for Committer Emeritus status.
