[science-iwg] XYGraph released (was [nebula-dev] 1.3.0 is released!)

Hi folks,

The newest version of XYGraph was released yesterday.

It includes lots of new functionality, most of it originally written
for Diamond Light Source and now made accessible to everyone as part
of the Nebula release.

Please see Wim's announcement below with details on where to get code,
etc, and the N&N[1].

Thank you to Diamond for enabling this quality work to be released as
part of Nebula.

Thanks,
Jonah
