“Scanning scientific instruments with Java and Python”
A demonstration of the Eclipse Scanning project and some of the ideas within it that help scientists and engineers to complete experiments at scientific facilities
such as synchrotrons and neutron sources. Eclipse scanning is open source and the demonstrator does not have a commercial interest in selling the project so it will be an honest look at various features and ideas in the project.
