Re: [science-iwg] Press Release for Science Simultaneous Release

Philip,

I'm happy to do that if you actually plan to release on the 21st. What's the status of your IP log and release review?

Jay

Jay,

that's fine.

Please add ChemClipse to the list. I'm waiting for the final approval. Hopefully, I'll get it within the next days:

Everyone,

Scott Jones from ORNL is drafting a press release on our upcoming software release. This will be released by the Eclipse Foundation and ORNL on October 21st along with the code releases of ICE, EAVP, January and Triquetrum. The press release will focus on the unique nature of our community as a new means for collaboration as well as our software release.

Scott, who has joined this list, is looking for quotes and thoughts from the community about either the code release or how the science working group helps with collaboration. But, I'll leave it to Scott to speak up and provide details about exactly what he is looking for.

Would any of you be willing to chat with Scott by email? Thanks for your help!

Jay
