To be honest, I do not see a big relationship between Texclipse and the Language Server Protocol at the moment.
I believe for Texclipse, you might rather be interested to get some help from people working on similar project, such as Mylyn wikitext. I would suggest you get in touch with Steffen Pingel who might be a better fit for Texclipse.
