Just to follow, up the there is A/V in the room and the chairs and
tables are set up in a U-shaped configuration.
"The Livingroom" is a the private dining room to the restaurant.
"The Livingroom" is located on your left as you walk from the
front desk towards the non-atrium bar.
Many thanks to Anne and Andrea for setting this up and many
apologies for the confusion on my part.

Hi Christopher — thanks for the info. There *should* be AV in
there, and I’m checking into it now.

Hi Anne,
I hate to reply all here, but as there might be some
confusion, it is probably best to reply all.
I checked a few minutes ago and there was no projector
in "The Livingroom", which is where the meeting happens
tonight at 7. Andrea is aware of this and is handling
this.
By any chance are you referring to a projector for the
keynote tomorrow? I'm fairly certain that there will be
a projector at that location :-)
Thanks,
_Christopher

For those of you not at
EclipseCon, the Science Industry Working Group
will be giving the keynote on Thursday at
EclipseCon!
For those of you at EclipseCon, the Science
IWG meeting will be 7-9 in "The Livingroom",
which is located between the front desk and
the bar.
Andrea tells me that she is working on getting
a projector for that space.
