Thank you Jonah, this is great
feedback, and very much appreciated. I was already planning on
raising a bug to request it be made a lot easier to find a
proposal. I'll think a little about this and either roll it into
that bug or raise a new one.
I see the same warning you see, and I'll raise a bug for that. Somewhere in my fuzzy memory we might already have one for that.... I need to check first.
