I'm using Maven/Tycho to create the OSGi bundles to and to build ChemClipse/OpenChrom automatically. It works quite fine.

Yes, same here. Problem I have at this moment, I do not have more
resources than just listening and discussing things.

But discussing common needs, issues, etc, is already very valuable!
For example, what this the best practice for creating proper
Eclipse/OSGi compatible bundles with Maven... :)
