It looks like the process broke down a bit with CQ 20657.

Can I ask PMC members to please put their vote on that CQ so that we can tie up the loose end?

Perhaps this was another occurrence of an issue in IPzilla, which I've been running into quite a lot. The flag is not persisted when we set it but the comment is added. The IP team is aware and fixes the problem for us when triaging CQs.
