The project lead needs to login to the eclipse portal and enter the package information for each of the committers. Otherwise ist not moving forward. Package information is an „old“ thing, which shouldnt be necessary. It is all explained in the portal. Just enter ‚*‘ for all packages….

Just a reminder for the PL of vert.x if he is not aware of this
