I took the liberty of entering a RT bof for EclipseCon.

The idea of the BoF is to help raise the awareness of the RT vision.  
The current submission is more of a placeholder.  We can discuss how we 
want to organize it in our upcoming PMC meetings.  I wanted to ensure we 
got in the schedule.
