[recommenders-dev] Splitting Eclipse Marketplace Entry for Recommenders

Hi,

some recent changes how the Eclipse Marketplace works, causes trouble with our recommenders.incubator marketplace entry. I thus decided to clean up things and split/rename the entry.

The only incubator that has some activity ATM is the developer activity & statistics plugin. I created and entry for that at [1].

you should have edit rights for this entry (using your @googlemail.com address). Could you update its description to be more meaningful (i.e., describes the purpose of this plugin and its benefits (why should someone install it))?
