1. Yes it is supported, look at
org.eclipse.recommenders.jayes.io.xmlbif.XmlBifReader / Writer
2. See above ;-)
3. Unfortunately, no, but feel free to write/contribute one.
However, Jayes can also read Genie's file format xdsl, and i think
Genie has network learning.

Hello! I wanted to use Jayes as BN for my research. I see that in the GIT
some code for XMLBIF etc but wanted to know few things if you can please
answer.
1. Is reading/converting XMLBIF to Bayes Network supported?
2. Is there some tool/wrapper that does this?
3. Is there any Network Learning algorithms like K2, Genetic Algorithms etc?
