[recommenders-dev] Recommenders Incubator Update Site is Live

Hi recommenders-dev,

I'm happy to announce that the recommenders incubator update site is now live. It currently contains:

* Code search plugin
* Snipmatch completion plugin
* Developer Activities plugin

It's linked/announced on the Eclipse Marketplace [1]. Please note that every single commit that went through Gerrit and got submitted goes live immediately on the head update site [2]. Please keep in mind that changing feature ids require to update the marketplace. So don't mess with the names (org.eclipse.recommenders.*) of your plugins and features w/o letting the list know.
