nominated Stefan Prisca as a Committer on the
technology.recommenders.incubator project. The reason given is as follows:

By this mail I'd like to nominate Stefan as project committer for
recommenders.incubator. He did a great job on designing and implementing an
editor for the JFace template language so far and will continue the
development after the GSOC

In particular, Stefan wants to plans to do the following things:

"As a committer on this project, I would like in the first place to bring
it in an usable state. That means to solve the remaining problems from the
backlog file and make the metadata page usable. Afterwards, I would like to
continue adding more features like the new snippet wizard, a code
formatter, quick fixes and the comment/rating section (which was planned
for this GSOC). Also, I would like to maintain this project and solve any
issues that might appear in time.

If that doesn't sound motivated, I don't know ;-) I'd be glad to welcome

The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded.  The voting will continue
until either all 6 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Stefan Prisca must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.

Eligible Committers must cast their votes through their My Foundation
portal page (do NOT just reply to this email; your vote will not be
correctly recorded unless you use the portal):

*NOTE*: Successful elections are left open for a maximum of 120 days to

the part of the candidate take more time than allowed, a new election will
have to be held.
