[recommenders-dev] Recommenders 1.100 and backwards compatibility to 3.x

Hi,

we are about to move master to 1.100 and start the development of Code Recommenders 2.0 / Eclipse 4.4 Luna. One of the goals for 2.0 is to make use of the Eclipse 4 DI framework which, in consequence, would result in dropping support for Eclipse 3.x. I know that there are quite a few companies out there that still use Eclipse 3.x but I tend to believe that most projects will migrate to 4.3 and thus it should not result in a significant loss of users. Note that 3.x versions won't disappear, but there won't be any backports for Eclipse versions prior 4.2.
