[recommenders-dev] headless recommenders

Hi,

we had a few requests in the past to run code recommenders in an headless / non-eclipse environment. To those here on the list interested in this too, I pushed a very simple demo to Github[1] that demonstrates how this may look like and how the API may be used. Note that this is just a draft and by no means a production-ready API.
