I had the pleasure to read your paper yesterday. :-) After that I concur
with Johannes that your tools indeed would make an excellent addition to
Code Recommenders if you have the time and energy to bring it to Eclipse
incubator level (there is some minor amount of bureaucracy involved).

Things we could bring to the table are, besides infrastructure like
Gerrit (code review) and Hudson (CI server), a ton of experience with
integrating with Eclipse's code completion internals. So, we would be
happy to discuss your plans for the plugin on this list.
