[recommenders-dev] Updating Code Formatter Settings

Hi there,

after several smaller discussions in the past, I've created a change set in Gerrit with some small modifications of the existing settings for review and discussion [1].

If you have anything else you would like to propose or discuss, please modify the code formatter settings in the commit, update the commit message, and describe your change in the Gerrit comment in more detail. Discussion should also take place there (not on this list) :)
