[recommenders-dev] SnipMatch prototype to test

Hello Everyone!

Chen and I are ready for feedback on SnipMatch. Please try it out and
share your thoughts. Here's how to set it up (should only take a
couple minutes):

Install SnipMatch:
-Help->Install New Software, then use:
http://download.eclipse.org/recommenders/updates/head/e37/ and
navigate to SnipMatch
or
-git clone http://git.eclipse.org/gitroot/recommenders/org.eclipse.recommenders.git

Read the usage instructions (important - includes instructions for
loading our sample code snippets):
