Re: [recommenders-dev] Do patches committed by committers need IP check?

Two days remain in the vote. All but one committer has voted. If you can get that last committer (Eric) to vote, the election will wrap up immediately. :-)

Note that contributions made by Chen before becoming a committer must still be treated as though they've come from a non-committer :-(

A propos paperwork:

Chen, as soon as the committer election passed you have to provide some data and fill out a individual committer agreement and the individual committer questionnaire. In order to speed up the committer election process, please read [1], section T in particular, and prepare the individual committer agreement so that we can send them to legal team as soon as the election period ends.
