Agree.

I will also try to get other Eclipse users in my lab to use it for their daily work.

Great!

By the way, I am wondering whether the latest version supports Android app development.
If not, would it be easy to add the knowledge about Android API to the project?

ADT is supported. We just need more example data. The current models we have are a bit "lala" ;)
Are you interested on contributing models for Android?

These are not professional testers for open source project, we have to install, use it and test it and improve it all by ourselves

I sadly have to announce:

Although having one user uninstalling Recommenders is not necessarily a mission critical event it's something we should take care for.
There are probably many more people that installed and after some trouble uninstalled Recommenders without being notice. We should take this serious.

Thus, I'd like ask you to install Code Recommenders dev or stable version from the update sites [1] and report any error or misbehavior you see. This includes our intelligent completion engines, as well as subwords, call chain, and extdoc - and soon after the IP check is done also for snipmatch. If not models are available for teh APIs you are using, calling Code Recommenders intelligent completion engines are almost no-ops (i.e., cost almost nothing) and thus shouldn't influence your workflow in these cases.

Thus, please install Recommenders, use it your daily work, and report any issues or sluggish behavior to bugzilla [2].

Thanks a lot!
Marcel
