Delete and/or rename is yet not possible. See these issues for current state:

If those stuff is fixed and the handling of setting up a project and maintaining the access rights is much easier now i would say +1.

Thus, it's not perfect yet but setup for new projects is trivial:

* add google user name to committers list

* tell which repository name to use

* go!

If we run out of repositories we can either reset a repo or request new ones. Both is not optimal but should work for the moment. I'm confident that Google will support renaming in a year or two :D

Is this a killer?
