[recommenders-dev] Chain completion merged into master + new target definition 
Hi all,

I have merged the chain completion engine into master. From now, it's build and delivered to out-side world :-)
To test its stability, please update to the latest head build, use it in your daily use, and report any performance issues and bugs to bugzilla.

I also added a few changes to the target platform (WALA breaking API changes). Please reset and reload your workspace's target definition.
