[ptp-user] PTP How to create new PBS script in PTP resource manager

Jack,

My apologies, but I think I now understand your difficulties.  The template parser was not allowing you to hard-code values for a

#PBS ...

line.  I have fixed this bug in 5.0.0, but I will also propagate the change to 4.0.5.
