[platform-ui-dev] Is "Show annotations" in the ruler a descriptive name

Friends of Eclipse Platform,

I opened https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=501823 to
discuss a more descriptive name for "Show annotations".  As a user I
have no idea what is behind this point and would expect that it shows
/ hides Java annotations in my code.
