Work is still possible but it needs to
be "important", approved and reviewed (see endgame
plan for details). Replacing
a bulk of GIFs with PNGs could be considered "polish" but I would
expect that the one who approves and the one who reviews that change, validates
every single image (as used in the workbench) on all platforms.

Hi,
I know that M7 will mark our "feature" freeze.
Is my understanding correct that we can still work on things
which will not be delivered, e.g. Unit tests, Snippets, Demos and the like?
Other than that AFAIK we can only fix things which affect
Luna. Would it still be possible for example to replace gif with PNG files?
