Cut is not planned for 2.0
Some issues came up with requiring Clipboard support for notification of a successful Paste and visual indication of the "cut" state.

Is there a target milestone for implementation of this proposal for both the Navigator and Packages view?  Support for Copy and Paste is there now, but Cut is not.  The reason I ask is that we are implementing a Navigator-like view that shows both Resources and Java Elements, and want to provide the same support as the Navigator and Packages views.
