We haven't yet had the time to work on implementing the unified tool bar. You can add yourself to this bug report to be updated on progress.

Hi

Will there be a unified tool bar in SWT Cocoa? I see that there's an  
entry at the development plan milestone 5 that says "Implement Mac  
tool bar" but I haven't seen anything about a mac tool bar at the new  
and noteworthy page.
